Ingredients :
| Fusili pasta |

| Tomatoes, chopped |

| Italian-style salad dressing (Mix of 4 parts of oil and 2 parts of vinegar, salt and pepper to taste) |

| Black olives, pitted and sliced |

| Crushed black pepper and chilly flakes for garnishing |

Method :
- Bring 1 ltr of water to a rapid boil (2 teaspoons of salt can be added, optional). Add fusili. Add a tbsp of oil and return water to rapid boil and cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain. Rinse in cold water.
- Combine cooked pasta with tomatoes, green bellpepper, onion, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, olives and italian salad dressing.
- Garnish with black pepper and chilly flakes.
- CoverĀ and chill. Toss salad before serving.
