Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

Ingredients :

Macaroni 2 cups
Salt To Taste
Ajwain A Pinch
Garlic 1 Tbsp
Onions 1 Big
Tomato Puree 200 gms
Red chilli powder 1/4 Tsp
Chopped green chillies 2
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Cheese Grated

Boiling :

Take Macaroni in a vessel. Add a pinch of salt. 1 tbsp oil, water & boil, wash in running water and dry.

Method :

  • In a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil, a pinch of ajwain, garlic and onions and fry till brown or translucent.
  • Then add tomato puree, red chili powder, chopped green chillies, salt and garam masala, accroding to taste, and saute till oil separates.
  • Add macaroni and mix.
  • Dress it with grated cheese and serve.
