Boiling :
Take Macaroni in a vessel. Add a pinch of salt. 1 tbsp oil, water & boil, wash in running water and dry.
Method :
- In a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil, a pinch of ajwain, garlic and onions and fry till brown or translucent.
- Then add tomato puree, red chili powder, chopped green chillies, salt and garam masala, accroding to taste, and saute till oil separates.
- Add macaroni and mix.
- Dress it with grated cheese and serve.
