Method:
- Mix egg and chopped vegetables in a bowl. Beat with a beater, till fluffy.
- Heat butter in a microwave safe bowl flat dish at 100% power for 30 secs.
- Pour in beaten egg and vegetables , salt pepper into dish and microwave at 80% power for 5-6 mins.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and microwave at 80% power for 30 secs. to 1 min. till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with toasts and sauce/chutney.
