Bread Rolls

Cooking Time: 40 min

Ingredients :

Bread Slices(Fresh) 4 nos
For Filling:
Potatoes(boiled) 200g
Green Chillies(chopped) 2 nos
Coriander(chopped) 2 tbsp
Chat Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam MAsala Powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt and Pepper To taste
Oil 1 tsp

Method:

  • Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork. Place them in a microwave safe bowl in 1 cup of water and boil covered at 100% power for 8 mins.
  • Allow to stand 5 mins. Peel and mash them.
  • Mix all the ingredients (except oil) fpr the filling and keep aside.
  • Take the bread slices one by one andsoak them in water. Squeeze and drain extra water. Fill in the prepared potato mixture and shape into cylindrical rolls.
  • Brush with oil and grill on the greased non - stick tawa */microwave safe flat dish at high rack for 15-20 mins. Turn in between for uniformbrowning from all the sides.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or sonth
