Stuffed Olives in Cheese Pastry |

Ingredients:
| Grated Cheddar Cheese |

| Butter |
125g |
| Plain Flour,sifted |
11/2 cups |
| Egg Yolks |

| Stuffed Olives |

Method:
- Place cheese and butter in a food processor.Process until creamy.
- Add flour and egg yolks; mix until mixture forms a stiff dough.
- Turn out onto a lightly flavoured surface.Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill for 30 minutes.
- Drain olives.Roll cheese pastry out between two sheets of greaseproof paper; cut into 4cm rounds with a floured pastry cutter.
- Preheat oven to 200o C.
- Roll one olive up in pastry between hands until smooth.Place on a greased pixzza tray.
- Place on Low Rack.Cook for 15-20 minutes on CONVECTION 200o C.
- Serve Hot.
