Ingredients:

| Gruyere Cheese, grated |

| Cheddar Chees, grated |

| Filo Pastry |
1 packet |
| Butter (melted) |

Method:
- Melt butter for 30 seconds on HiGH.
- Add Flour.Cook a further minute on HIGH.
- Gradually add milk and cook 3-5 minutes on HIGH until sauce boils.
- Add cheeses.
- Preheat oven to 220o C.
- Brush 1 sheet of pastry with butter.Top with another sheet and repeat the process.Cut lengthways into 4 even strips.
- Put a spoonful of filling on one end of pastry.Fold pastry over filling to form a triangle.Continue folding.Repeat with remaining pastry.
- Place triangleson a pizza tray and bake for 12 minutes on CONVECTION 220o C.
