Cooking TIme: 30 min.

Ingredients:

Puff Pastry 4 sheets
Frozen Spinach,thawed 1 packet
Onion(finely chopped) 1 nos
Eggs 2 nos
Carton Cream 300mL
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Grated Cheese To Taste

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200o C.
  • Using a 61/2 cm scone cutter, cut 9 rounds of pastry from each sheet.
  • Press into lightly greased patty tins.
  • In a bowl, mix spinach; and onion.
  • Spoon a little spinach mixture into the base of each pastry case.
  • Mix eggs, cream and pepper together.
  • Pour over spinach; top with grated cheese.
  • Cook for 15 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 200o C.
