Ingredients:
Onions(thinly sliced into rings)

Method:
- Place onions and butter in a 23cm flan dish.Sprinkle with sugar.Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH, tossing occasionally.
- Place half the onion rings in a buttered casserole dish.
- Top with eggs; sprinkle with remaining onions(and chilli powder).
- Melt butter for 30 seconds on HIGH.Stir in flour.Cook for a further 30 seconds on HIGH.
- Gradually stir in milk,Cook for 4 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Pour over eggs and sprinkle with cheese.
- Preheat oven to 230o C.
- Place on Low Rack; cook for 12-17 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 230o C.
