Ingredients:
Multigrain Bread(Crusts removed)

Sultanas

Milk

Vanilla Essence

1/2 tsp

Eggs(lightly beaten)

Brown Sugar

Nutmeg

1/4 tsp

Method:
- Spread bread with butter and cut into 2 cm cubes.
- Place bread, sugar and sultanas in a 1.25 litre casserole dish.
- Heat milk and vanilla for 3 minutes on HIGH.Gradually whisk into eggs, then pour over bread mixture.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes on MEDIUM LOW.
- Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
