Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida) 200 gms
Red Chilli Powder
to taste
Salt
to taste
Soda-Bi-Carbonate
a pinch
Gram Flour
50 gms
Oil
1 tbsp
Refined Oil
for frying

Method :

  • Sieve red chilli powder, soda-bi-carbonate, salt, gram flour (besan) and flour (maida) together.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and mix it well and make a hard dough from it.
  • Take the machine for making sev, add mixture in it.
  • Press the mixture from the machine directly into heated oil in pan.
