Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

Ingredients :

Murmure 1 Cup
Roasted Peanuts 2 Tbs
Chana Dal Fry 1 Tbs
Sev 1/2 Cup
Boiled Potatoes 2 Small
Onion (Chopped) 1
Green Chillies (Chopped) 1
Fresh Coriander 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala To Taste
Salt To Taste

Method :

  • Chop boiled potatoes , green chillies, coriander and onions.
  • Mix together murmure, peanuts, fried chana dal, half quantity of sev and vegetables cut in step 1.
  • Add salt and leamon juice. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle remaining sev and now sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Serve immediately.
