Method :
- Mix all the ingredients in a large Bowl and add enough water to make a thick dough.
- Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- Heat oil in a karahi.
- Add the besan mixture to the oil in small portions.
- Fry till they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with pav and chutney.
