Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Oil For frying
Salt
To Taste
Besan 2 Cup
Onions 3-4 Sliced
Green Chillies
2 Chopped
Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala
1 Tsp
Haldi 1/2 Tsp
Red Chlli Powder
1/4 Tsp
Hing A pinch

Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large Bowl and add enough water to make a thick dough.
  • Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
  • Heat oil in a karahi.
  • Add the besan mixture to the oil in small portions.
  • Fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with pav and chutney.
