Crunchy Poha With Peanuts |
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
| Beaten Rice(poha) |

| Onion(chopped) |

| Green Chilies(chopped) |

| Curry Leaves |
7-8 |
| Mustard seeds |
1 tsp |
| Peanuts(shelled) |
2 tbsp |
| Oil |
2 tsp |
| Dry Red Chillies |
2 dry |
| Turmeric Powder |
1/4 tsp |
| Chat Masala |
1/2 tsp |
| Mango Powder |
1/2 tsp |
| Salt and Red Chilli Powder |
to taste |
Method:
- Soak poha in water for 1 min. Strain and keep aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl add 1 tsp oil and microwave on 100% power for 30 secs.Add peanuts and roast on 100% power for 2 mins. and stir in between.
- Add chat masala, mango powder and salt. Keep Roasted Masala Peanuts aside.
- In another microwave safe bowl add 1 tsp oil, chopped onion, green chillies and rest of the ingredients.Microwave for 3 mins. at 100% power.
- Add beaten rice and roasted masala peanuts and microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power. Stir it.
- Garnish with green coriander & sprinkle juice of 1 lemon.Serve hot with chutney.
