Ingredients :

Butter
3 Tbsp
Oil
2 Tbsp
Ginger Green chilli and garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
Tomatoes

Cauliflower
1 Small
Matar
1 Cup
Pao Bhaji Masala
2 Tbsp
Tomato Puree
1 Cup
Grated Boiled Potatoes
2 Cup
Salt
To Taste
Chopped Capsicum

Water
As desired
Lemon Juice
1 Lemon
Chopped Coriander
3-4 Tbsp

Chopped Onion

Method :

  • Heat oil in a Pan and add finely chopped onions and paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes and stry fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Add grated cauliflower and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add matar and let it cook.
  • Add salt and pao bhaji masala and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now add tomato puree and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Add grated boiled aloo and some water and mix well.
  • Add chopped capsicum and 1 cup water and cook till done.
  • At the time of serving add butter, lemon juice, and chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot with pao and chopped onions.
