Method :
- Heat oil in a Pan and add finely chopped onions and paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and stry fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add grated cauliflower and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add matar and let it cook.
- Add salt and pao bhaji masala and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add tomato puree and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add grated boiled aloo and some water and mix well.
- Add chopped capsicum and 1 cup water and cook till done.
- At the time of serving add butter, lemon juice, and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with pao and chopped onions.
