Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Potatoes
300 gms
Gram Flour
150 gms
Green Chillies
6-8 nos
Sugar
1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp
Curd
1 cup
Soda-Bi-Carbonate
1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste
1 tsp
Lemon Juice
2 tsp
Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp
Green Coriander(chopped)
2 tbsp
Salt
to taste

Method :

  • Boil potatoes and peel its cover and mash it.
  • Grind green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, garam masala powder, green coriander, salt together and mix it with potatoes.
  • Divide it into 15 parts and make round balls from it.
  • Mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, soda-bi-carbonate in water and make a thick paste.
  • Dip potatoes balls into it and deep fry it in oil.
  • Beat curd, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and green coriander together and serve hot.
