Method :
- Boil potatoes and peel its cover and mash it.
- Grind green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, garam masala powder, green coriander, salt together and mix it with potatoes.
- Divide it into 15 parts and make round balls from it.
- Mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, soda-bi-carbonate in water and make a thick paste.
- Dip potatoes balls into it and deep fry it in oil.
- Beat curd, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and green coriander together and serve hot.
