Ingredients :

Pao
1 Packet
Butter
2 tbsp
Onion
2 finely chopped
Chat Masala
2 Tsp
Pao Bhaji masala
2 Tsp
Peanuts
1/2 cup
Sev
1/2 cup
Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp
Kashiri Mirch Powder
2 tsp
Water
1/2 Cup

Also prepare pao bhaji as per steps given in this section only.

Method :

  • Make pao bhaji and mash it well so that no lump is found.
  • Also mix water, pao bhaji masala, kashmiri mirch, and garlic paste to make a chutney.
  • Cut pao from the centre, apply butter and then place it on warm tawa.
  • Place pao bhaji, chopped onion, chat masala and garlic chilli mix in the pao and cook it on tawa again.
  • When done add peanuts and sev. Serve immediately.
