Also prepare pao bhaji as per steps given in this section only.
Method :
- Make pao bhaji and mash it well so that no lump is found.
- Also mix water, pao bhaji masala, kashmiri mirch, and garlic paste to make a chutney.
- Cut pao from the centre, apply butter and then place it on warm tawa.
- Place pao bhaji, chopped onion, chat masala and garlic chilli mix in the pao and cook it on tawa again.
- When done add peanuts and sev. Serve immediately.
