Cooking Time : 20 Minutes

Ingredients :

Gram Flour
2 cup
Onion
2 chopped
Green chilli
3 chopped
ginger
2" piece grated
salt
To Taste
Garam Masala
1 Tsp
Paneer
Cut into big chunks
Red chilli
1/2 tsp
Oil
For frying
Dhania Powder
1 tsp

Method :

  • Mix gramflour, onions, green chilli, ginger, salt, garam masala and dhania powder in a bowl.
  • Add water to make batter of thick pouring consistency.
  • Dip paneer pieces into the mixture and deep fry in oil on medium heat.
  • Remove from fire when the pakoras are golden in colour.
  • Sprinkle chat masala on each pakora and serve hot with green chutney.
