Gram Flour

Paneer

Cut into big chunks

Red chilli

Dhania Powder

Method :
- Mix gramflour, onions, green chilli, ginger, salt, garam masala and dhania powder in a bowl.
- Add water to make batter of thick pouring consistency.
- Dip paneer pieces into the mixture and deep fry in oil on medium heat.
- Remove from fire when the pakoras are golden in colour.
- Sprinkle chat masala on each pakora and serve hot with green chutney.
