Method :
- Wash and boil potatoes in sufficient water in a pressure cooker.
- Let them cool and then peel and mash potatoes.
- Then add green chillies, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala, Fresh green coriander, and garlic paste to the potatoes.
- Make 15 Balls from the dough and keep aside.
- Then in a container mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and add water to it to make thick batter.
- Then dip the potato balls in besan mix and coat the balls well.
- Then deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve Hot with pao and chutney.
