Cooking Time : 1hr and 30 min.

Ingredients :

Potatoes

300 Gm
Gram Flour (Besan)
150 Gm
Green Chillies
6-8
Garam Masala
2 Tsp
Red Chilli
1/4Tsp
Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
2 Tsp
Haldi 1/4 Tsp
Fresh Coriander
2 Tbsp
Salt To Taste

Method :

  • Wash and boil potatoes in sufficient water in a pressure cooker.
  • Let them cool and then peel and mash potatoes.
  • Then add green chillies, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala, Fresh green coriander, and garlic paste to the potatoes.
  • Make 15 Balls from the dough and keep aside.
  • Then in a container mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and add water to it to make thick batter.
  • Then dip the potato balls in besan mix and coat the balls well.
  • Then deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  • Serve Hot with pao and chutney.
