Cooking Time : 30 Minutes plus soaking time

Ingredients :

Sabudana 1 Cup
Oil for frying
Green chillies 2-3 Chopped
Green coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Amchoor 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Chaat masala 1 TSp optional
Peanuts 1/2 Cup Crushed
Potatoes 3 Big Boiled and mashed

Method :

  • Soak Sabudana in enough water to cover it for 4-5 Hours.
  • Drain excess water if any.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and chaat masala.
  • Mix well to make a dough and then divide it into equal sized balls.
  • Heat oil for deep frying in a karahi.
  • Flatten the balls to give it shape of tikki and fry till golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve hot with chutney.
