Cooking Time : 30 Minutes plus soaking time
Ingredients :
| Sabudana |
1 Cup |
| Oil |
for frying |
| Green chillies |
2-3 Chopped |
| Green coriander leaves |
2 Tbsp |
| Salt |
To Taste |
| Amchoor |
1/2 Tsp |
| Garam masala |
1 Tsp |
| Chaat masala |
1 TSp optional |
| Peanuts |
1/2 Cup Crushed |
| Potatoes |
3 Big Boiled and mashed |
Method :
- Soak Sabudana in enough water to cover it for 4-5 Hours.
- Drain excess water if any.
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and chaat masala.
- Mix well to make a dough and then divide it into equal sized balls.
- Heat oil for deep frying in a karahi.
- Flatten the balls to give it shape of tikki and fry till golden brown.
- Drain excess oil sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve hot with chutney.
