| Red Chilli Powder |

| Cumin Seeds(jeera) |

| Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor powder) |

| Potatoes(boiled and mashed) |
300 gms |
| Coriander Powder(dhania powder) |
1 tsp |
| Green Chillies(chopped) |
4-5 nos |
| Ghee |

| Garam Masala Powder |
1 tsp |
Method :
- Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.Mash the boiled potatoes.Mix all the ingredients except ghee in the mashed potatoes.
- Roll dough and put mashed potatoes in it.
- Put the rolled parantha onto tawa and roast it by putting ghee on it.
- Serve hot with butter or curd.
