Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour 300 gms
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds(jeera) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor powder) 1 tsp
Potatoes(boiled and mashed) 300 gms
Coriander Powder(dhania powder) 1 tsp
Green Chillies(chopped) 4-5 nos
Ghee
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

Method :

  • Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.Mash the boiled potatoes.Mix all the ingredients except ghee in the mashed potatoes.
  • Roll dough and put mashed potatoes in it.
  • Put the rolled parantha onto tawa and roast it by putting ghee on it.
  • Serve hot with butter or curd.
