Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour 500 gms
Coriander Powder(dhania powder) 11/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds(jeera) 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cauliflower 700 gms
Red Chilli Powder 11/2 tsp
Ghee 11/2 tsp
Saltto taste

Method :

  • Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
  • Crush the cauliflower into small pieces.Mix all the ingredients except ghee in grind cauliflower.
  • Roll out dough.Put small amount of cauliflower mixture into it and roll it out in a form of parantha.
  • Place the parantha onto tawa and roast it with ghee.
  • Serve with butter/curd.
