Method :- Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
- Crush the cauliflower into small pieces.Mix all the ingredients except ghee in grind cauliflower.
- Roll out dough.Put small amount of cauliflower mixture into it and roll it out in a form of parantha.
- Place the parantha onto tawa and roast it with ghee.
- Serve with butter/curd.
