| Wheat Flour |
300 gms |
| Onions |

| Green Coriander(chopped) |

| Salt |
to taste |
| Ghee |
for brushing |
Method :
- Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
- Mash cottage cheese and finely chopped cabbage.Mix it and make a mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients except ghee and roll out dough.Add some portion of mixture in the dough and roll into parantha.
- Place parantha onto tawa and brush it with ghee.
- Serve hot with curd/butter.
