Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Cottage Cheese(paneer) 100 gms
Cabbage 50 gms
Wheat Flour 300 gms
Onions 2 nos
Green Coriander(chopped) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee for brushing

Method :

  • Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
  • Mash cottage cheese and finely chopped cabbage.Mix it and make a mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients except ghee and roll out dough.Add some portion of mixture in the dough and roll into parantha.
  • Place parantha onto tawa and brush it with ghee.
  • Serve hot with curd/butter.
