Method :- Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
- Finely chop green methi leaves and wash them in water.
- Heat 100 gms ghee in a pan/kadhai.Put cumin seeds, finely chopped methi leaves and all the spices mentioned in the ingredients.
- Saute it for 2-3 mins.Allow it to cool .
- Roll dough into small rot.put some ghee on it and place some portion of mixture on it and roll out into parantha.
- Place the parantha onto hot tawa and roast it with ghee.
- Serve hot with butter/curd.
