Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour 400 gms
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Carom Seeds(ajwain)1 tsp
Ghee 150 gms
Gram Flour(besan) 150 gms
Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor) 1 tsp
Salt(to taste) to taste

Method :

  • Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.Put ajwain, garm flour, red chilli powder, dry mango powder.Roast it for 2-3 mins and allow it to cool.
  • Put some water in the mixture and make into dough.Evenly distribute into small portions.
  • Roll out wheat flour dough into small roti.Place the evenly distribtued portion into dough and roll it into parantha.
  • Place the parantha onto hot tawa and roast it with ghee on both the sides.
  • Serve hot with butter/curd.
