Method :- Mix salt in wheat flour and make dough.
- Heat ghee in a pan.Put ajwain, garm flour, red chilli powder, dry mango powder.Roast it for 2-3 mins and allow it to cool.
- Put some water in the mixture and make into dough.Evenly distribute into small portions.
- Roll out wheat flour dough into small roti.Place the evenly distribtued portion into dough and roll it into parantha.
- Place the parantha onto hot tawa and roast it with ghee on both the sides.
- Serve hot with butter/curd.
