Method :- Heat ghee in a pan.Put cumin seeds.Add rice and salt to it and boil it.
- Keep 1/2 cup boiled rice aside.Put all the dry fruits and edible food colour and mix it well.
- Cut potatoes in large pieces and fry it in a pan.
- Boil green peas.Put the aside kept rice to rest of the cooked rice and add fried dry fruits to it.
- Garnish it with fried large potatoes, chopped green chillies and chopped green coriander.
- Serve hot.
