Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Basmati Rice
500 gms
Coconut MilkĀ 
1 cup
Cloves(laung)
4-5 nos
Salt
to taste
Onions(chopped)
2 nos
Cinnamon(dal chini)
3 nos
Ghee
2 tbsp

Method :

  • Put ghee in a pan.Add chopped onions into pan.
  • Then add cinnamon and clovesand saute it.
  • Add coconut milk and add all the ingredients with the rice.
  • Allow it to cook until rice is cooked properly.
  • Serve hot with dal/subzi.
