Method :
- Cook rice.
- Take a pan, add 50 gms of sugar and water to it.
- Add saffron and raisins and mix well.
- Add rice to the sugar syrup and stir well.
- Add ghee in a separate pan add green cardomoms, cloves, bay leaves and add this to the rice.
- Mix it well.
- Kesariya sweet rice is ready to serve.
