| Coriander Powder(dhania powder) |

| Dry Mango Powder(Aamchoor) |

Method :
- Soak rice in water for 1 hour.
- Cut brijal and onions into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it.
- Saute it until light pink then add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida.
- Add 600 gms water to it.
- Add rice to it and saute it until rice softens.
- Fry brinjals pieces in ghee and add dry mango powder (aamchoor) to it.Heat it for 7-8 minutes.
- Add this to the rice and mix well.
- Serve hot.
