Method :
- Soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Cut potatoes and cauliflower into pieces.Grind green chillies, green coriander, ginger and garlic into paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan.Add cardamom, cloves, bay leaves to it and add chopped onions to it.
- Now add the paste to it and saute it for 3-4 mins.
- Add rice, all the vegetables, salt and 1 litre water to it and stir well.
- Heat on a low flame until it gets completely cooked.
- Serve hot with curd, dal.
