Japanese Pulao

Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Rice 300 gms
Onions(chopped) 70 gms
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds(jeera) 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds(til) 30 gms
Egg(optional) 2 nos
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Ghee 50 gms

Method :

  • Soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour.
  • Cut onion into long pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan add onions, cumin seeds, salt, seasme seeds and saute it.
  • Add rice and 3 cup water to it.
  • Add black pepper powder, salt to egg and stir it well.
  • Prepare an omlet.Cut omlet into pieces and garnish it on the pulao.
  • Serve hot.
