Method :
- Soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Cut onion into long pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan add onions, cumin seeds, salt, seasme seeds and saute it.
- Add rice and 3 cup water to it.
- Add black pepper powder, salt to egg and stir it well.
- Prepare an omlet.Cut omlet into pieces and garnish it on the pulao.
- Serve hot.
