Ingredients :

Rice
400 gms
Green Peas
250 gms
Carrots
4 nos
French Beans
200 gms
Mushroom
100 gms
Salt
to taste
Capsicum
4 nos
Onions
4 nos
Ajinomotto
a pinch
Cabbage
200 gms
Refined Oil
1 tbsp

Method :

  • Boil rice.Boil mushrooms, green peas.
  • Heat oil in pan.Put french beans, cabbage, carrots, onions and saute it.
  • Add rice and mushrooms, green peas and add ajinomotto and salt and stir well.
  • Add chilli sauce and soya sauce. (optional).
  • Serve hot.
