Method :
- Soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it.Saute it till light pink then add rice, carrots, green peas and coconut milk and boil it.
- Cook on a low flame until water evaporates.
- Remove it from the flame and add edible food colour.Also add coconut pieces.
- Spanish rice is ready to serve.
