Method :
- Add salt to rice and soak in water for 1/2 hr.
- Mash paneer and add salt and corn flour to it.
- Make small balls of paneer mixture and fry it.
- Cook spinach by adding salt to it until water evaporates.
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add chopped onions, garam masala powder and saute it.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, potatoes and cook it for another 3-4 mins.
- Add rice and 600 ml water, fried paneer balls.
- Heat until rice is cooked properly.Add saffron and spinach to it and cook for further 2-3 minutes.
- Cook it on a low flame.
- Garnish it with 50 gms mashed paneer.
- Serve hot.
