Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida)
1/2 kg
Sugar Syrup(thick)
1/2 kg
Green Cardamom Powder
4-5 nos
Chenna 
250 gms
Pistachios
100 gms
Ghee
for frying

Method :

  • Mix chenna in flour and make a dough by sprinkling hot water.
  • Then make small even size balls and roll out into small puris.
  • Roast it in a pan on a low flame by adding ghee.
  • Dip in sugar syrup and place it in a dish.
  • Garnish with pistachios and elaichi powder.
