Method :
- Mix chenna in flour and make a dough by sprinkling hot water.
- Then make small even size balls and roll out into small puris.
- Roast it in a pan on a low flame by adding ghee.
- Dip in sugar syrup and place it in a dish.
- Garnish with pistachios and elaichi powder.
