Cooking Time: 30 Mins

Ingredients

Refine Flour: 500gms

Dry Yeast: 2 1/2 Tsp

Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp

Water: Luke warm

Salt: 1 Tsp

Oil: 3 Tbsp

Butter: 2 Tbsp

Onion Seeds: 1 Tbsp

Fresh Coriander Leaves: 2 Tbsp

 

Method:

  • Sieve flour,salt and baking powder into a large bowl.
  • Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Mix both the mixtures and and knead a soft dough using lukewarm water.
  • Cover with damp cloth and keep aside till the dough is double in volume.
  • Roll round kulchas using a pin and garnish with onion seeds and coriander leaves on it.
  • Cook using and electric tandoor, Oven or on hot tawa.
  • Apply butter at the time of serving.
  • If required stuff it with aloo, paneer or onions.
