Cooking Time: 15 minutes plus soaking time

Method :
- Soak Sabudana in little water so that it comes in the level of sabudana, Soak for 5-6 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let it crackle.
- Now add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add sabudana and peanuts and mix well.
- Remove from fire and add salt and amchoor powder mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
