Ingredients :

Potatoes (boiled) 2
Eggs (peeled)

Sliced Bread

Onions (small)
2
Green Chillies (peeled and finely cut)

Salt
To Taste
Red Chilli Powder
To Taste
Oil To Fry

Method :

  • Mix the mentioned ingredients in a bowl - boiled potatoes and eggs, onions small chopped, green chillies cut finely,salt and red chilli powder to taste.
  • Heat little oil in a pan and fry one side of the bread till golden brown.
  • Then turn the slice over and put batter on the fried side of the bread and let the other side get a little fried.
  • Once that is done the batter will stay and you can turn the slice to fry the batter till the crust is hard and serve hot.
  • Just a tip in case you don't want to fry so much you can toast the bread along with the batter on top in an oven.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
