Method :
- Mix the mentioned ingredients in a bowl - boiled potatoes and eggs, onions small chopped, green chillies cut finely,salt and red chilli powder to taste.
- Heat little oil in a pan and fry one side of the bread till golden brown.
- Then turn the slice over and put batter on the fried side of the bread and let the other side get a little fried.
- Once that is done the batter will stay and you can turn the slice to fry the batter till the crust is hard and serve hot.
- Just a tip in case you don't want to fry so much you can toast the bread along with the batter on top in an oven.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
