Method:
- Mix egg and choped vegetables in a bowl.Beat with a beater,till fluffy.
- Heat butter in a non stick pan and pour in beaten eggs, vegetables, salt andĀ pepper into the dish and cook covered on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve hot with toasts and sauce/chutney.
