Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

eggs 2
Onion 1 Chopped
Milk 1 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Tomato 1 Chopped
Green Chillies 2 Chopped
Green Coriander 2 Tbsp Chopped
Cheese 1 Tbsp grated
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Method:

  • Mix egg and choped vegetables in a bowl.Beat with a beater,till fluffy.
  • Heat butter in a non stick pan and pour in beaten eggs, vegetables, salt andĀ pepper into the dish and cook covered on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Serve hot with toasts and sauce/chutney.
