Spicy Potato Salad

Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

Potatoes 4 Medium Sized
Onion 1 Chopped
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 Tsp
Green Peas 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Tomato Sauce or Sonth 2 Tbsp
Curd 2 Tbsp
Green Coriander 1 Tbsp
Roated cumin seeds powder 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 Tsp
Green Chillies 2 Chopped

Method:

  • In a microwave safe bowl boil green peas covered at 100% power for 5-6 mins.
  • Prick the potatoes with a fork. Add 1 cup of water and boil in another micorowave safe bowl or in a pressure cooker. Allow to stand (covered) for 5 mins.Peel & cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions, and green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients except curd and coriander leaves & cook for 3-4 min.at medium flame.
  • Garnish with green coriander & serve hot /cold with sonth/curd.
