Ingredients:

| Onion |
1 Chopped |
| Red Chilli Powder |
1/4 Tsp |
| Green Peas |
1 Cup |
| Lemon Juice |
1 Tbsp |
| Salt & Pepper |
To Taste |
| Tomato Sauce or Sonth |
2 Tbsp |
| Curd |
2 Tbsp |
| Green Coriander |
1 Tbsp |
| Roated cumin seeds powder |
1 Tsp |
| Chaat Masala |
1/2 Tsp |
| Green Chillies |
2 Chopped |
Method:
- In a microwave safe bowl boil green peas covered at 100% power for 5-6 mins.
- Prick the potatoes with a fork. Add 1 cup of water and boil in another micorowave safe bowl or in a pressure cooker. Allow to stand (covered) for 5 mins.Peel & cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions, and green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients except curd and coriander leaves & cook for 3-4 min.at medium flame.
- Garnish with green coriander & serve hot /cold with sonth/curd.
