Ingredients :

| Cabbage(grated) |

| Peas (boiled) |

| Bread crumbs |
2 tbsp |
| Green chillies (chopped) |
2-3 |
| Salt &black pepper powder |
(to taste) |
| Chat masala |
1/2 tsp |
| Red chilli powder |
1/4 tsp |
| Oil |
1 tsp |
| For garnish: |
Tomato rings, onion slices and lemon wedges. |
Method :
- Mix all ingredients (except bread crubs, oil) for cutlets.
- Preheat the oven at 250 degree C at convection mode.
- Applying oil on your hands, shape the mixture into cutlets and coat with bread crumbs. Brush with oil.
- Place these cutlets on the greased non -stick tawa/microwave safe flat dish at high rack and bake for 25-30 mins. till golden brown. Reposition frequently for uniform browing.
- You can also deep fry it in a karahi till they turn golden brown.
- Servehot with crisp salad, wafers and green chutney or sauce.
