Vegetable Cutlet

Cooking Time : 45 Minutes

Ingredients :

Potatoes (boiled) 250 gms.
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage(grated) 50 gms
Peas (boiled) 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 2-3
Salt &black pepper powder (to taste)
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
For garnish: Tomato rings, onion slices and lemon wedges.

Method :

  • Mix all ingredients (except bread crubs, oil) for cutlets.
  • Preheat the oven at 250 degree C at convection mode.
  • Applying oil on your hands, shape the mixture into cutlets and coat with bread crumbs. Brush with oil.
  • Place these cutlets on the greased non -stick tawa/microwave safe flat dish at high rack and bake for 25-30 mins. till golden brown. Reposition frequently for uniform browing.
  • You can also deep fry it in a karahi till they turn golden brown.
  • Servehot with crisp salad, wafers and green chutney or sauce.
