Method:
- Melt butter for 40 seconds on HIGH in a 3-litre casserole dish.
- Stir in onions.Cook for 7-9 minutes on HIGH.
- Stir in flour.Cook for 1 minute on HIGH.
- Gradually stir in beef stock, white wine and oregano.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes on HIGH or until hot.Stir soup halfway through cooking.Season with pepper.
- Place bread slices on top of soup; sprinkle with cheese.Cook for 11/2 minutes on HIGH.
