| Bacon Bones |

| Salt and Pepper |

| Ham(optional) |

Method:
- Combine all ingredients except ham in a large casserole dish. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on HIGH.
- Reduce power to MEDIUM and cok for 1 hour, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
- Remove bacon bones.Add ham(optional) and season to taste.
