Pumpkin Soup

Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients:

Pumpkin(peeled and chopped) 1kg
Onions (chopped) 2 small
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Nutmeg  
Salt and Pepper

To taste

Method:

  • Place pumpkin, onion and stock in a large bowl.
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes on HIGH.
  • Place in a blender or processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in cream and nutmeg.Season to taste.
