Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
Onion(peeled and chopped)

Rasher Bacon(rind removed and chopped)

Carrot(peeled and sliced)

Method:
- Cook onion and bacon in the butter for 3 minutes on HIGH.
- Add carrot and celery. Cover and cook a further 3 minutes on HIGH.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir. Add the quartered tomatoes, stock and bouquet garni. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on HIGH.
- Remove bouquet garni; puree.
- Return to the microwave, adding cream, parseley and seasonings. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
