Moongfali Ki Tikki

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Groundnuts 50 gms
Potatoes 60 gms
Ginger 1 gms
Onions 25 gms
Garlic Flakes 2-3 nos
Green Chilli 2-3 nos
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Dry Mango Powder(Aamchoor) 1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs 30 gms

Method :

  • Boil potato and grind it.
  • Roast groundnut and grind it.
  • Mix potato with groundnut and add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic.
  • Add chopped green chillies, dry mango powder and mix it well.
  • Make small balls of it and give it a shape of tikki.
  • Dip it in the breadcrumbs and deep fry it in hot oil/ghee.
  • Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
