Method :
- Boil potato and grind it.
- Roast groundnut and grind it.
- Mix potato with groundnut and add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic.
- Add chopped green chillies, dry mango powder and mix it well.
- Make small balls of it and give it a shape of tikki.
- Dip it in the breadcrumbs and deep fry it in hot oil/ghee.
- Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
