| Milk |

| Corn Flour |
2 tsp |
| Ajinimoto |
1 tsp |
| Butter |
1 tsp |
| Cream |
2 cup |
| Salt |
to taste |
| Black Pepper Powder |
to taste |
Method :
- Boil vegetables and onions on a low flame.
- Heat it until water is reduced to half of its quantity.
- Sieve it and again boil in milk and cornflour.
- Mix all this in vegetable soup.Stir it continuously.
- Heat it for a min and remove from flame.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and cream and beat it with egg beater.
- Serve hot in Deep Soup Bowl.
