Thick Cream Soup

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Vegetables 250 gms
Onions 1 nos
Milk 1 litre
Corn Flour 2 tsp
Ajinimoto 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Cream 2 cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste

Method :

  • Boil vegetables and onions on a low flame.
  • Heat it until water is reduced to half of its quantity.
  • Sieve it and again boil in milk and cornflour.
  • Mix all this in vegetable soup.Stir it continuously.
  • Heat it for a min and remove from flame.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder and cream and beat it with egg beater.
  • Serve hot in Deep Soup Bowl.
