Method :
- Boil finely chopped vegetables.
- Sieve vegetables and keep the water aside.Vegetable stock is ready and will be used further.
- Saute chopped vegetables and boil by adding water to it.
- Now mix cornflour with water and add it to the pan.
- Stir continuously until it becomes thick.
- Add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto.
- Serve hot.
