Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida) 21/2 cup
Curd 7 tbsp
Ghee 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Oil for frying

Method :

  • Mix well flour and ghee together.
  • Add black pepper powder and salt to it.
  • Make dough by adding water to it.
  • Leave dough for 1/2 an hour.
  • Roll it out in the form of puri and fry it in oil.
