| Curd |

| Ghee |
1/2 cup |
| Water |
1/2 cup |

| Black Pepper Powder |

Method :
- Mix well flour and ghee together.
- Add black pepper powder and salt to it.
- Make dough by adding water to it.
- Leave dough for 1/2 an hour.
- Roll it out in the form of puri and fry it in oil.
