Hot Buns

Cooking Time: 1 Hr

Ingredients

Refine Flour: 3 1/4 Cups

Fresh Yeast: 2 Tsp

Lukewarm Milk: 1 1/2 Cups

Salt: 1/2 Tsp

Butter: 2 Tbsp

Til (Sesame Seeds): 1 Tbsp

 

Method:

  • Sieve flour and salt into a large bowl.
  • Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and keep aside.
  • Mix both the mixtures and and knead a soft dough mixing milk occasionally.
  • Cover with damp cloth and keep aside till the dough is double in volume.
  • It looks fluffy when ready.
  • Preheat oven at 240 degree C.
  • Form round buns from the dough, put sesame seeds on it and place on a greasing tray and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Then put the tray in preheated oven and bake the buns for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with butter and soup.
