Cooking Time : 10 minutes plus frying time

Ingredients :

Corn Cobs
4
Green Chillies
2-3
Small Bunch of Coriander 1
Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Besan
2-4 Tbsp (Enough to bind)

Method :

  • Grate corn cobs.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Heat oil not to smoking point.
  • Drop a teaspoon full mixture at a time dropping 10-12 teaspoon to make fritters.
  • Fry on low heat- till golden brown.
  • Serve with mint Chutney.
